Freshwater Biozyme is a living system of beneficial bacteria in concentrated form, which is activated upon introduction to water for the conversion of ammonia to nitrite and then to less harmful nitrate. It has an unlimited shelf life as opposed to any liquid enzymes that have appeared on the market. These bacteria contribute to the production of the nitrogen cycle, which is so critical in all aquatic systems. It gives the user the option of increasing the activity of an already established filtration or reactivating filtration damaged by medications. Naturally, it activated at the start-up of new systems with any type of filtration. It treats 500 gallons of water.

Dosage: Use 1/8 tsp. per 25 gallons
New Aquariums: Use dosage daily for 7 days.
Established Aquariums: Add dosage weekly. If using an ultraviolet sterilizer, disconnect for 24 hours to ensure Biozyme's maximum effectiveness. Use on as directed. After opening, store in a cool, dry place.
