I've been using Seachem's Cichlid/Lake salt for years now. I'm currently using it on my 55 G Malawi/Tang/Victoria setup. I have a huge range of fish (which I like) and this product satisfies them all. I use 1 heaping Tablespoon for every 5 Gallons of water. Others like to use a little less, I stick with that and Proper Ph 8.2 for nice even alkalinity. I highly recommend this product regardless of your dosing requirement(s). I went with 2.2lb size as well as that will last for years.
No Cichlid hobbyist should be without Cichlid salt, and preferably the best - Seachem
