PLEASE NOTE: At That Fish Place, our goal is to offer exceptional selection to all our customers. All the rare and exotic species you see on our website are also available to our in-store customers (excluding "Your Choice" items). Despite frequent updates, our website does not always reflect our available inventory. In the event that an item on an order is not available on the day of shipment, or a quantity of an item is greater than our available inventory, a member of our livestock team will attempt to personally contact you. If we are unable to contact you, or we have not gotten a response by 4:00 p.m. EST on the day of shipment, we will remove the unavailable items from your order and ship as scheduled. We do not backorder out-of-stock livestock.
In cases where a significant percentage of an order is unavailable at the scheduled shipment date, we will hold the order until we have contacted the customer. This may cause some delays in expected ship dates if the customer cannot be reached. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We feel this policy is the best way to ensure that our customers receive exactly what they are expecting. SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Orders Placed By:

HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Due to holiday shipping traffic and closures, we will be modifying our Live Fish, Coral, Invertebrates, Live Rock and Live Plant shipping schedules as follows:
Thanksgiving - Last ship day is Monday November 24th. Orders must be placed by 12:00 noon EST on November 24th. Normal shipping schedules will resume Monday December 1st.
Christmas and New Years - Last day to ship is Monday December 22nd. Orders must be placed by 12:00 noon EST on December 22nd. Normal shipping schedules will resume Monday January 5th.

GENERAL INFORMATION
That Fish Place utilizes only the most effective packing and shipping techniques available. All shipping and packing is overseen and approved by our on staff Marine Biologists to ensure that your Live Rock arrives to you in the best possible conditon. All live rock is kept in our holding tanks allowing the most natural conditions available until shipping.
All our live rock is shipped moist, wrapped in wet newspaper inside a plastic bag, inside an insulted styrofoam container. This is done to protect the organisms on the rock from exposure to the air, or extreme tempertures during transport.
In the event of severe weather conditions we may delay shipment until conditions will allow for safe transport of your order. If tempertures are below 32 degrees, or above 90 degrees, we highly recommend that you upgrade to 1 day shipping for the safety of your shipment.
Even though all our live rock has been held in our controlled system and hand picked prior to shipment, rock should never be introduced directly into an existing aquarium. Even cured rock will need to go through a curing process after transport to safetly acclimate it to your system. Refer to our Acclimation and Curing Live Rock section for more information.
