Overview
|
| The Home page is where you start when you go to our
Web site. From the Home page you can use the navigation menus
to access the pages to log on, search for products, view your shopping
cart, check the status of your orders, etc. (see Navigation).
On the Home page itself you can:
- View and Order highlighted and featured
products
- Drill down to get more detailed information on products in all
available categories
- Search for products
- Navigate through this website
- Follow links to visit other websites

the product you are looking for or are just not sure the one you

Home Page Layout
|
The Home page is laid out as follows (Figure 1)
(note: the Home page changes from time to time, so not all the functions
listed here may appear, and ones not listed may be added):
- Across the top and down the left side of the page is the navigation
frame containing across the top:
- A navigation
menu of links to various services such as Events & Sales,
My Account, etc.
- A product category menu
- A "Welcome" line that displays your name after you
log on and also contains a product search
function
and down the left side:
- Selected Links to sign up for emails; to view clearance, new,
popular and specialty items; to access Customer Service information
or to access the Information Center
- Inside the frame, the top section
of the Home page contains a Highlighted Products area for select
featured products.
- Going down the Home page, the next
section contains several Featured Products organized in a grid.
Click on the product to open either the Product
Details page for it if it is an individual item or the Product
Sub-Category page with the Product Details grid when there
are multiple items of this type available.

- There are four additional sections
that appear at the bottom of the Home page:
1) A section which contains links
to pages describing store events and specials.
2) A link to pet information articles.
3) A small site navigation menu.
4) Selected links to products and services, along with key
phone numbers.

and are not to be construed as an offering. The actual prices
for these products, if we currently offer them, are shown on the
main website pages.
