Overview |
| Whenever
you place an order on ThatPetPlace.com, you must be logged on as a
registered user. You can log on when you
first enter the site, while you're browsing the site or when you're
ready to checkout. You cannot complete your order unless you
are registered and logged on.
You must be registered user with an existing account
in order to log on. If you have not registered and opened
an account with us, see Registering
to Open an Account for information on setting up your ThatPetPlace.com
account.
Your individual username identifies you as a ThatPetPlace.com
user. Whether you are logging on as an individual, small business
or corporate account, you use your individual username and password.
When you have completed your order and you are finished shopping,
we recommend that you log off for security
purposes. |

If
you know your username, enter it and click on the Need
a Password Hint? link. The Need a Hint page opens.
Type in the answer to your secret question and click the Submit
Info button. If the answer is correct, the system displays
your password and a Continue To Log
On link. Click on it to log on.

If
you do not remember your username, password, and/or the answer
to your secret question, click on the Forgot
Your Username/Password? Click Here link.
For your security, we will ask you to enter the email address
that you entered when you registered and use your answer to
verify your identity before we send you your username and
password to that e-mail address.

Follow
the instructions on the Log On page to correct the error,
and then click the Logon button.

Click
on Log Off on the menu across the top of any page. Your name
disappears from the top of the screen.
Note: If you have unsaved items in your shopping cart, the
system will prompt you to save them before you log out.

| When
you register and enter your
username and password, you are given the option of entering a question
and answer combination for security purposes. If you forget
your password, for example, we will ask you for the answer to your
question to verify your identity before we e-mail you your password.
If you
forget the answer to the security question, call our Web Customer
Service Team at 1-888-381-2861. Corporate account users can
also consult their Account Administrator. |
