Information about an
account's orders is available by clicking on Order Status on the menu across
the top of any page. Use it to check on the status of a current order,
the date of an order, the estimated delivery dates for a shipped order, or to view items purchased and the price paid.
Order Status (Order
History)
If you are logged on and click Order Status, the Order History
page (Fig. 1) opens listing the account's orders and their status.

The page includes:
A Search Orders section to look for a specific order. Select
an option from the Search By: drop-down list, type in the corresponding
value in the box, such as the first few digits of an order number,
and click the
button. The Order History list is refreshed with just those orders
for the account that match the Search By value.
The means to filter the orders list by selecting an option other
than the default from the Show Orders: drop-down list.
The option to look at the specific details of an order, including
the items within the order, by clicking on its number in the Order
# column to open the Order Details page.
An estimated delivery date range for orders that have shipped.
If you are not logged on, the Order Status page (Fig. 2) opens.
Type in the Order Number and the Billing (address) Postal Code
(both required) and click the
button to open the Order Details page
for the specified order.

Order Details
The Order Details page displays the specific details
of an order, including its status, the items within the order
and, if the order contains non-catalog (special) items, the
ID number for the special item is displayed in the Stock #
field on the line for the item. Click the Account # to open
the Account Information page or the Tracking # to open a page
with shipment tracking information (if the carrier has a tracking
website).
