Cage is made of "damage-resistant" polypropylene, it has a precision injection molded plastic base with a "slide-out" tray.
Features include: slide-out tray is 1" deep; removable wire gratings (grills) that match the wire cage color; the wires are safe, durable, powder-coated, are chip resistant and produce a higher luster for many years; superior construction and ready to assemble.
Heavy gauge plastic striated perches, provide comfort for birds of all sizes; simple to clean and provides a more hygienic perching area (harbors less bacteria than wood).
