Aponogeton longiplumulosus
Aponogeton longiplumulosus has relatively large, fluted leaves that create a truly unique looking plant. Provide this plant large amounts of growing room as they can grow quite tall in the home aquarium. Longiplumulosus will look the best at the back of the aquarium or when used as a mid ground plant. Like many Aponogeton sp., longiplumulosus will eventually lose its foliage and retreat into dormancy. In good conditions, the bulb should store enough energy to re-sprout after several weeks to begin the growth cycle again.
