Neoglyphidodon oxyodon "Blue Velvet Damsel"
This beautiful damsel features a mostly black body with stripes of blue. A yellow-white bar transects the mid-body. Adults lose most of the blue coloration and become primarily black.
These fish become mildly aggressive with age, so keep with other hearty fish that can take some chasing. The Blue Velvet Damsel will eat just about any food- flake, frozen, etc. They are fine for a reef tank and are also great for new tanks.
