To use the Pond Liner Repair Kit the liner must be dry and free from algae, slime, or any other foreign material. The damaged area must be thoroughly cleaned with the clean-n-scratch pad and then rubbed with a solvent such as mineral spirits or rubbing alcohol.
WARNING: These solvents can cause severe eye or skin irritation. Wear appropriate protetion and do not inhale the vapors.
CAUTION: Solvents should not contact the pond water.
