Chaetodon decussatus "Indian Vagabond Butterfly"
The Indian Vagabond Butterflyfish is similar to its Pacific cousin and is sometimes called the Black Vagabond. It has diagonal lines that cross its white body in two directions, and a black bar on its face and at the base of the dorsal. The rear part of the dorsal and anal fins are black edged in yellow. The tail is yellow with a black crescent-shaped bar.
The Indian Vagabond Butterflyfish generally exhibits peaceful behavior but should not be trusted with any sessile invertebrates. The Vagabond Butterflyfish needs a meaty diet with some vegetable matter.
