Self-contained 28 gallon JBJ HQI Nano Cubes are quality, convenient solutions for the hobbyist that demands high-tech performance in a nano aquarium for fish and corals. The elegant Nano Cube offers panoramic viewing with smooth, rounded glass corners and all the necessary filtration, lighting, and circulation for a thriving mini-reef or freshwater aquarium in your home or office.
The HQI Nano Cube features HQI metal halide lighting (150w/14k double-ended bulb included) to support a healthy, vibrant reef environment, and 4 Nite-vu LEDs to accent. Nite-Vu LEDs are strategically placed on all four corners to even distribute moonlight throughout the aquarium. All LEDs are pre-wired individually for easy replacement, consume less than 1 watt of power, and are strong enough to illuminate nocturnal behaviors. Four quiet-running, auto shut-off cooling fans are integrated into the hood to diffuse heat produced by this powerful bulbs.
This tank features dual port wavemakers and 2 (266gph/16w each)pumps by Acella for increased water circulation, and an included counter current protien skimmer and pump keep corals happy. The built-in 3-stage filtration system is hidden from view and provides all the mechanical (sponge), chemical (activated carbon) and biological (ceramic rings) filtration you need for a healthy system.
The sleek, rounded corners of the Nano Cube allows for panoramic viewing. The modern style canopy flips back for easy access to feed and maintain the aquarium.
