The Reef Octopus Recirculating skimmer uses an Hailea OTP pump to power your water through the column twice for more waste removal. 6 inch Cone-neck eases transition from bubbles into collection cup. Easy cleaning is provided by quick-release neck. Wedge-pipe output makes adjusting water level easier than ball valves. Designed for in sump or external use. For tanks up to 180 gallons.
Must be used with an external feed pump, max flow rate 350 gph with 0 back pressure. If you use 90 degree bends, manufacturer strongly suggests you slow down flow to the skimmer. An inline ball valve is strongly recommended on feed pump to control water flow.
