This is a highly nutritious natural seaweed for your herbivorous species, it is an excellent source of vitamins B6, B12, A, B1, B2, B3, C and E, iron, iodide, potassium, trace elements and natural pigments.
It is an ideal food source for large Tangs, Surgeonfish, Moorish Idols, Parrotfish, Angelfish, herbivorous Cichlids, Goldfish and other freshwater plant eaters.

Directions: Feed seaweed daily as part of a balanced diet consisting of a variety of dry, frozen, and live foods. Break off a plant approx. 3 in. long and secure it in the tank with Julian Sprung's SeaVeggies Clip. If there is any uneaten seaweed in the aquarium after a few hours, remove it. Store tightly closed in a cool dry area.
