Seaflor Special Grade reef sand is carefully designed to provide the best environment for your aquatic ecosystem! The smaller grain size provides more surface area for the growth of beneficial live bacteria, giving you a more dynamic and effective live sand bed! The precision grading of the sand also provides a more efficient delivery of calcium supplementation. Also high in strontium and magnesium and free of silica! Great for saltwater, reef and cichlid aquariums, the sand buffers and maintains a pH of 8.2. Each grain measures approx 1-2 mm.
