Great filter medium. 8/19/2012 Reviewer: FishDoctor I've been using Whisper Bio bags since 1999 in my whisper junior filter. I now use these bags in both my Whisper 60 and my whisper 20 filters:yet this one size works in both the size filters. They are easy to use. Take out the old one and insert fresh carbon into the new one. After a quick rins insert in your filter. There are no moving parts;nothing to deal with. Of course, you can spend a little more and get the bags assembled with carbon in each one. Your choice, but really nothing difficult when handling these bags.
