Details
Juvenile Dragon Wrasses or "Rock-movers" have a green-brown body with white markings and faint black lines. The first rays of the dorsal fin are elongated and look like antlers. Adult Dragon Wrasses are brown with a white face and black marks radiating from the eye. Each scale has a pale spot and there is a white bar on the tail.
Dragon Wrasses are generally peaceful toward other fish, but may be intimidated by larger, more aggressive fish. Dragon Wrasses are will eat most frozen meaty foods in captivity. They will browse the rock and sand bed for other foods such as small worms and crustaceans.
Dragon Wrasses will move the substrate around moving even small rocks and shells as they look for food.
