Ingredients
Chopped meat of whole clams, water. Vitamins: Ascorbic acid, beta carotene, biotin, hydroxocobalamin (source of vitamin B12), niacin, riboflavin, thiamine. Amino Acids include: methionine (dl-methionine), L-Lysine, taurine. Trace elements of calcium chloride, potassium iodide, ferrous sulfate, manganese sulfate, magnesium carbonate, zinc sulfate. Instructions
Remove one or more frozen cubes from packaging. Thaw in a cup of water before feeding or feed frozen. Fish should be fed two to three times a day. Only feed the amount that your fish will consume in five minutes. Remove any uneaten food.

I ordered a package of these to try, they were part of a much larger order. Its february during a snow storm and yet when i received my order there was NO dry ice and the packages of food were frosty and some had even thawed so much they were getting mushy. skip this company they are unreliable and will only leave you disappointed and throwing out your food!
