Tubifex worms are a great source of natural protein for many different types of fish. This freeze-dried option offers a very similar taste and texture to live tubifex worms but without the worry of harmful bacteria or parasites. Tubifex is also commonly used by breeders to spawn fish like corydoras, discus, bettas, and other fish that need a lot of protein. The unique cube shape will hydrate once placed in water and quickly separate out. The cubes can even stick to glass for easy feeding. Simply submerge the cube underwater and press it against the inside wall of your tank.
