Aqueon Submersible Aquarium Heaters are made from thermal shatter-resistant quartz glass and were designed to absorb impacts, making them extremely durable. A power indicator light comes on when unit is heating. UL approved, the heater is also programmed to turn itself off when not properly submersed to avoid overheating and damage. Warranty: lifetime. Dimensions: 3.8" x 1.5" x 12.3". Other features include:

Poor quality heaters

by

Over the years I purchased 16 0f these heaters (various sizes) to accomodate different size tanks. All of them have moisture in them. Some are still working and others have shut down.
