Join us for a hands-on Jumping Spider Enclosure Workshop designed especially for kids! Channel your inner builder and design a safe, jumping spider home inspired by pixelated worlds where everything’s blocky and customizable. Choose your "biome," stack your "blocks," and decorate with real moss, bark, pixelated hides, and other fun features to make the perfect mini habitat.

What to Expect:

  • Assemble a terrarium using game-inspired accessories.
  • Take your spider-safe, ready to move in enclosure, home.


Each participant receives the following (a $55 value):

  • Zilla Micro Arboreal Habitat Enclosure (4in x4in x8in)

Join us for a hands-on workshop where you'll create a proper, healthy, hermit crab habitat—what we call a crabitat! Whether you're new to hermit crab care or looking to upgrade your current setup, this event is the perfect way to learn best practices and build a beautiful, functional enclosure.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • Why those wire cages are bad for your hermit crab
  • The importance of deep substrate to support molting and shell changing.
  • Why hermit crabs require both fresh and salt water to be available at all times.
  • Hands-on guidance to create a safe, enriching environment to help your hermit crab live it's best life!


Each participant will leave with a completed enclosure ready for your hermit crab to move into (a $287 value).
