Question
by Sarah
I haven't tried these treats yet, though I have a question. How exactly can you say the product is Gluten Free, and also contains Wheat Flour, according to your website's product description? Wheat Flour is NOT Gluten Free.
That Pet Place: Hi Sarah, thanks for bringing this to our attention. It looks like the manufacturer has tweaked the recipe and now refers to this as 'gluten meal free.' Gluten meal AKA corn gluten meal AKA simply just corn is not included in the recipe and that is what they want to highlight. We will change the description to better clearly reference that to avoid confusion. Thanks again!
Are they made in the USA
by John
Are they made in the USA, the bag says product of USA but when you do to there website there is no mention as to the product being manufactured in the USA. Product of USA can mean sold in USA but manufactured in China.
I see a made in USA logo in your ad its important to specify o the product itself.
TFP: John, Bil-Jac America's VetDogs treats are 100% made in the USA. Feel free to reach out to custservice@thatpetplace.com if you have any further questions or concerns. Have a great day!
