Quad Dewormer (praziquantel/pyrantel pamoate/febantel) Chewable Tablets are indicated for the removal of common tapeworms, hookworms, roundworms, and whipworms in dogs and puppies that are at least 3 weeks of age and weigh 2 pounds or more.

Before administration, weigh the dog to determine the correct tablet size and dosage. The chewable tablets may be given directly by mouth or offered in a small amount of food.
Fasting is neither necessary nor recommended. Administer the appropriate dose as a single treatment according to the product's weight-based dosing chart.
