Unique Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) preserves more nutrients for superior dietary function. Silversides are small, elongated fishes that occur naturally in large schools in shallow sandy areas. They provide an excellent source of protein and oils for predator-type carnivorous (meat eating) fishes. Ocean Nutrition silversides are collected and immediately packed while still in very fresh condition. Packed in whole form in flat packs only.

Whole fresh silversides, water, vitamins (ascorbic acid, beta carotene, biotin, hydroxocobalamin [source of vitamin B12], niacin, riboflavin, thiamine HCL), amino acids (methionine [dl-methionine], L-Lysine, taurine), and trace elements of calcium chloride, potassium iodide, ferrous sulfate, manganese sulfate, magnesium carbonate, and zinc sulfate. Remove one or more pieces of frozen food from packaging. Thaw in a cup of water before feeding or feed frozen. Fish should be fed two to three times a day. Only feed the amount that your fish will consume in five minutes. Remove any uneaten food.
