Instructions

Simply move the outside magnet that contains the felt, and the inside abrasive velcro magnet scrubber follows, cleaning as it goes. If the magnets separate, the inner magnet floats right back to the surface, so you'll never have to dig around on the bottom. This prevents the magnet from picking up any debris and causing scratches on your tank. Its unique floating feature also permits easy and efficient movement around the corners of fish tanks, so you will no longer knock over decorations and damage corals and invertebrates as it happens with sinking magnet cleaners.

Mag Float 510A

Works well for my 500 gallon acrylic aquarium. Large so it covers a lot of space in a single swipe and the inner magnet floats so it's easy to retrieve if it separates from the external handle. Very powerful - make sure you don't get your fingers caught in it, or let the two magnets get stuck to eachother. It comes with a piece of wood to keep the two separate, make sure you use it!

Excellent glass cleaning tool for my 610 gallon tank . I don't know why I took this long to get it, my tank looks great.

I bought this tool for use on a 1 1/4" thick acrylic tank. The description says it will work on tanks up to that thickness, but that was not the case. It was not strong enough to work well on my tank and hardly removed any algae. I had to buy the larger Mag Float 1000 which works great and resell this smaller one at a considerable loss.
