For stain removal: Just saturate the problem area and walk away! Allow about 30-60 minutes for PEE-B-GONE to consume and digest pee stain and odor. Problem areas with stubborn stains may require more than one application. Do not apply water to stain. Do not use with other cleaners.

For odor removal: As it cleans PEE-B-GONE deodorizes, leaving behind only a clean and refreshing scent. PEE-B-GONE should be used alone, without water or other cleaning products.
