The replacement coarse polyester, white filter material offers both mechanical filtering and biological filtration. This material can be used as the top layer of media for the pondmaster filter so that it traps larger debris. The filter media can be easily rinsed or changed and fits all Pondmaster 1000/2000 series filters.
