My puppy loves it but......

I got this the other weekend for my puppy who is teething, he absolutely loves this toy but I started to notice he was breaking off the little bumps or whatever, now I am worried he's been eating them. This is a great toy but should be redesigned so that it doesn't cause any foreign bodies.
