Water, neomycin sulfate (<10%), methylene blue (<0.5%), proprietary polymer mixture, buffers, EDTA, malachite green chloride (<0.01%), cyanocobalamin, electrolytes.
Instructions
For the prevention and control of diseases of bettas; best used with daily water changes. Add one (1) drop per 16 fluid ounces of water for at least three (3) days. Use Aquarium Solutions Betta Ultimate to treat tap water when changing water or setting up a new betta bowl. Discontinue use of Betta Revive after a cure has been achieved. Treatment should be discontinued after seven (7) days. If cure has not been achieved use an alternative course of treatment.

I love this product. I had a betta that had severe fin rot and was lethargic. After using the treatment my fish fully recovered and he is very healthy now.

My Betta had a bubble around his eye and his fins were not looking so great. I treated him for 7 days , but by the 1st day I saw some improvement. He was swimming around more and had a lot more energy. I will recommend this product to anyone who has a sick Betta. It turns your plants and ornaments blue but its a small price to pay for a healthy and happy fish.
