this is the one

by

I used another red slime remover that was yellow powder and it just reduced the red slime before I'd used the whole vial. I bought algeafix and it said it would kill red slime...it didn't either. Then I bought this and 1 treatment and red slime is completely gone! It says I can use it monthly and I still have a whole vial of it left and the red slime hasn't returned and my fish and corals and inverts are all looking great. I'm so happy to have found something that really works!

Works... But follow directions

I'm not a fan of adding chemicals to a tank, however after battling cyano bacteria for a month I thought I would give this a try. I followed the directions to the letter, including the part about increasing the tank's oxygen level with an Airstone. Within 48 hours all traces of the red slime were gone.
