D.O.A. on arrival. This is very odd? You get a pump thats loud, or one that does not pump good, or one that does not pump air evenly out of both air lines but D.O.A.? Customer service was very nice and helpful. They are sending me out another one. I did not have to RMA the bad one or fill out anything or send the bad one back. I Will review again when they send me another one.

I have 18 of these running in school aquariums, and haven't had one quit yet in 5 years. What else do you need to know? Be careful with the rubber feet, though- they are too easy to break off.
One air outlet quit after 2 months

I plugged one of the outlets as I only needed one of them. When I unplugged it it had stopped working. Maybe I burned it out? Other than that they're working well.
