Marineland Perfecto Glass Canopy - for 5.5 gal.

i need a canopy for a 55 gallon fish tamk

Arrived in good condition and was able to assmeble the plastic slide on piece within a few minutes(some of the glass was tough to work around but not surprised). Works great as a cover for my freshwater res for my salt water tank

Really great product. It needed a small amount of trimming for the filter. Which I love because you can have your filter anywhere you want it. I also like that you trim it to a perfect fit because this aquarium houses a betta that enjoys jumping.
I used this on a 5.5 gallon topfin tank. And its perfect :) I would definitely recommend this product

I got 2, one fit , the other did not--I fixed it and it worked

Very happy with this canopy. It fits my 5.5 gallon Tetra tank perfectly. No overhang, no short sides. Just perfect. It was shipped to me very quickly and very well packed. Great service!

This would’ve gotten 5 stars because I received it super fast and its the perfect size but I cut my hands multiple times and broke a nail trying to put it together. Besides that the plastic was easy to cut to fit around the filter and would’ve been perfect if I could attach it. I’m just using the glass part for now, does it’s job.

A little to big for my 5 gallon, but it fits good on top of the frame so it'll work. Was also missing the little handle for it. And like everyone else was saying it was a bit of a pain to put the plastic trim on.

Shipping was fast and it was packed well but it is nearly impossible to get the plastic piece onto the glass and I cut my hands multiple times trying to attach them

It fits perfectly. The only negative is the plastic strip being impossible to get on. This particular brand has an impossible plastic strip. I tried everything to get it on. I tried stretching the channel with a screwdriver. Nope. Forget about it. I laid the strip across the back of the canopy to cover the gap. No big deal. They turn yellow after a few years anyway.
